
You might for example want to avoid India in case you already have two surviving children, or the USA, Australia or Papua New Guinea if you are planning to have any children at all!
If paternity-leave is what you are pointing at, then notice that the Seychelles offer four days of paid leave for "compassionate reasons", South Africa offers three days paid family responsibility leave to the father, whereas in Uganda you will have to be a Civil Servant to have the rights to three days paternity leave. In Myanmar they offer six days of "casual leave" that can be used by fathers to assist their spouses at the time of confinement
The winner however for both paternity and maternity leaves is Sweden, the real Utopia for parents to be (unless the new right-winged government starts making some radical changes).
